Foraged from a remote nature reserve, this rare bean is a naturally occurring hybrid of Arabica and Robusta. The medium roast brings out the Arabica’s signature flavour profile: smooth, balanced acidity with notes of caramel, toasted nuts, and subtle cocoa, layered over gentle fruit undertones. Its polyphenols lend it a medium-bodied richness, while the Robusta lineage gives it a silent, hardy character, allowing it to thrive in the wild without pesticides or commercial cultivation. Bold, untamed, and alive with natural complexity.
